ok i havent written in my live journal in a long time...but yeah i just have to say that i love cutting myself because it gives me an adrenaline rush and a temporary solution to my problems. but b4 i cut myself i usually try and talk to my gf or my friends...especially Kat,Sal, and JR. they help me out so much. i love them all for what they have
