ps: lentil/sweet potato curry? recipe? it was way yummier than crax. ;)

Oh, sure! Again- totally unscientific- I've only made it twice and the first time was when I made it up!

Boil up about half a cup of lentils with one bayleaf and a dash of coriander in the water.

Microwave or roast one big old sweet potato

(As an optional step- which I did not do when I made it for you, because I forgot- carmelize a cup of onions to throw in)

Split the sweet potato, scoop out the insides, and mash it up with the lentils and/or onion with about 3-4 tablespoons of light sour cream.

Add a couple teaspoons of curry powder, cinnamon, turmeric, a dash of garlic powder, a pinch or two of cumin, and salt and pepper to taste! Ta da!
