Given the choice of letting Arthur sleep or getting off, Bob had thought he was doing the right thing by choosing the former. Arthur's reaction tells him it had been the wrong choice and though he's laughing, he can't help but tilt his head back into the pillow to give the other man more room to work.
"Was trying to behave."

Grinning against skin, "Don't try and play innocent now." Oh, no. The point man had been able to spot that look in the other's eyes the moment he started drinking the tea.

"Oh, listen to that giggle!" Arthur loved to tease Bob about this if only because the other man was truly, utterly adorable when it happened (squirming and giggling and even making something vaguely resembling a squeak when the point man got to tickling him in earnest).
