How far, is too far?

I want to be able to tell him I love him, but I dont know how. I think in person would be better of course but I dont know if he will say it back let alone feels the same. Hes not ready to commit, and I completely understand that but its hard ya know? To be so far from somebody you want to be with, but can't except for a few days every so often. I
