I would suggest checking out the market. Sometimes it gets restocked and you'll be lucky enough to find what you need. Or there are some greenhouses still tended by someone, if you ask around. You can obviously get the seeds that way.

How do people find things to barter with? Normally, I'd have my magic. I could do loads of helpful things with it. Not so much now though.

I've helped with some of the gardens. They're not all in good shape after the floods, but we're trying hard. Um, things turn up here sometimes, sort of unexpectedly. We planted seeds we found to start them.

No, they were down in the ground, in different parts of the cities. By people's houses usually.

That's a shame. I wish there was a plot of land near the flat but I'll have to settle for the roof. At least it's flat.
