Oh my Dong Bang
Well, I guess every fan out there knows about them canceling what was supposed to be the best Mirotic Con ever (and wants to kick SM Ent. skinny asses because of it).
I've read many things about it and to summarize:
SM Ent. blames JaeSuChun for the cancellation of the concert. See quote:
“The trio has agreed to carry out the schedule planned on basis of the basic contract between the company and the group before the court during the time when the trial was on going. But after part of the trial judgement came out, the trio said they will not participate or the coming concert performance on 21st November in Chin which is part of their Asian concert tour performances decided as of June 2008, and for subsequent concert performance, they have stated that they may not be participating for them.”Source: KBites
But the boys refute that statement, saying that the concert was planned later on and that still SM Ent. ordered them, like the little slaves they are to them, to attend not matter what. Which they refused to do (SM Ent. really needs to learn to say please) as is their right after the court ruling stating that SM Ent has to get DBSK approval for every event they're planning for them.
So yes the cancellation of the concert is partially because of JaeSuChun's refusal to follow SM Ent. orders and to just go and do the freaking concert. But even though I feel for the fans that are now very much screwed over by these events, when I put myself in JaeSuChun perspective I have to agree with them. To participate in this concert, and letting SM Ent. go on with their normal way ingoring the court ruling, would make the whole ordeal they went though for the last months futile. I'm glad they're making a stand and having SM Ent. abhore to the court ruling. As of now it's just a matter of who has the most conviction and patience to sit it out. I hope SM Ent. caves first. I'm sure JaeSuChun has their own projecs they can spend their time on.
I'm still optimistic about the future of TVXQ (new Japanese single FTW!). But if in the end the best thing for them is to break up, I'd rather have no TVXQ than a unhappy one.
Wow... I feel a lot better getting this off my chest.
On a more happier note: my sister has bought a house and will leave me alone in my now too big appartment. But my sweetest friend Sary will move in coming Februari so I'm exited for that!
And I got a new set of pans from my parents that will probably last me for the rest of my life (good quality FTW!)
I'm not looking forward to the next couple of weeks though. So busy, helping out in my sis' house but also nice things. Going to dinner with my old classmates, having a high tea with my girlfriends (no boys allowed unless they're wearing a wig, high heals and a skirt) and celebrating my dongseangs birthday~ So excited for that!
