Why do people think that whatever they're listening to in their car you want to hear?

haha yeh no kidding, this neighbor teenage boy always sits in his driveway with a lawn chair while all his doors(even his trunk) are open on his car, and then blasts the music. Blahh its been going on all day(and mostly everyday!).. but as soon as mommy and daddy get home the music stops. haha.
