I think a lot of this comes from that story about that lady that was killed by dogs, it's kind of made everyone a little more paranoid about dogs running around without a leash. Sometimes people are looking for things to bitchh about though. I've noticed that the same people always complain, always have something to be unhappy about, that kind of crap gets on my nerves.

oohh, yeh I totally forgot all about that, I bet that might have something to do with it. I also can't stand people that complain because they have nothing better to do. grrr.
