Soo I've been thinking about my financial situation/past situations.. with all my mistakes I have done you would really think financially I would be in my 40's... but it's pretty scary that I've already gone through all this and I'm only going to be 25 in October

Know what debt free feels so good. I lost all I had when I was laid off from GM ( we were outsourced ). I had to get rid of my house, got a smaller truck and moved back home, well in this case back to my parents which is Florida. I cashed in my 401K and paid off all my credit cards. So that left me with only my student loans which i deferred at the time and a small car payment. It felt like a heavy weight on my chest was lifted off and I could breath AHHHHHHHH. I have since left my pick up behind, which broke my heart, and drive a smaller focus and have an 80 a month insurance payment. I am slowly getting back to where I was but its so much easier making that climb with out having huge debt.

p.s. don't feel bad you are in your 20's all this happened to me in my 30's!!!

Oops sorry I just realised you commented about this!
Wow, I'm sorry you had to go through all of that. How are things for you now?
I'm just starting my bankruptcy filings. Well, they have been done for two months my lawyer is just taking his damn sweet time about it. GRR.
I can't wait for this to all be over, and I can finally get back to a normal life.
