Love exists. Just because it was somthing that we made up doesnt mean that it cant exist. We also made up racism and that certainly exists. If you put a baby in a controlled envoirnment and watched it grow up, I'm sure it wouldnt know love or racism, but as long as you're raised in the modern world then you will.

well, it exists in the sense that we say it exists, and we manifest it, but it's an abstraction and doesn't exist outside of your mind.

But what really does exist outside our mind? I'm not convinced that any of you actually exist, I think my mind just makes people and places and events because of it's own personal agenda, and when it's done with you it gets rid of you.

Sean, that is really fucking depressing. I mean, love is the one thing that everyone seems to work so hard for, to spend their entire life searching for. Does that mean that life is pointless? That we just lead this sad existence chasing our tails, so to speak?

Damn this is just like last time I did mushrooms and I wanted to die because I figured out that our whole human existance was pathetic no matter which way we lived, richly or poorly. That is, unless one were to live in seclusion off the land, say, in the jungle.

One of these days, I really will run away.

A lot of things don't exist outside of our minds, but those are all of the best things in life!
