by searching for peices of lyrics that i remembered, i finally found the song i was looking for! it was playing on the radio in the car when we were going to steal/rescue gibbler and i took it as a sign that we were doing the right thing. i mean, check out this part:

That song is "Sea of Love". Originally by the Honeydrippers, but Cat Power also does an exquisite cover of it. I love that song so much.

i took everyone off because everylight = porchswing! i just got a new journal name and finally deleted people off the old one. you're on my porchswing friends list though, so it's all good!

by the way, i love people who post a lot and i had no idea about the cat power cover!! that really excited me and i want to find it !!

Oh god, stupid me -- you told me that at the outset! I forgot that this was the old journal. Plus another girl on my friends list just started a journal called "prizefight", which sounds like "everylight", and starts with P like "porchswing" -- so even tho I know who you now, I got all confused. :oP
