I arrived well. The flights were uneventful. I read pretty much my entire first flight which was from PHL to LAX. I got to my luggage, walked over to my terminal checked my luggage again. I claimed a prime piece of real estate; with 2 outlets so I charged my laptop a bit (the battery was dead from those 2 shows I watched on it) and I charged my ( Read more... )

WOOT indeed, it wasn't eventful but I am glad the travelling portion of this adventure is complete.

Darling, I will have as much fun as I possibly can. I miss texting you already. we need to start emailing -- smart phones make that easy! Or you could get an iPhone and we could iMessage for free. We need to establish a means for communication asap! Love you bunches.

How long were you in the air total? At least it sounds like you were able to keep yourself occupied. I generally don't like flying, not because I'm afraid of it, but because it's inevitable that there will be long delays and I can't sleep.

Total...it was about....6 + 12 + 4 = 22, but there were layovers so the time traveling was greater. I was in LA for 5 hours, and in Auckland for 3 so about 30 hours of travel all together.
