Override - Generator: How to change the mood and music
EDIT: I am editing this because I don't want the moderators of the community to become bombarded with question as to why this particular override won't work on their journal.
A. This override can only be used with the generator style.
B. This is a S1 style override ONLY
C. The only thing this changes is the words Mood: and Music: to whatever it is you wish. It will not get rid of the brackets or change anything else about the way currents display.
D. You have to know about merging your global_heads. (I cannot emphasize this enough!)
E. Use at your own risk.
What does this mean?
This override incorporates something called the "Music hack" which is used for customized journals (re: paid journal styles)
In other words, this is something you can try but depending on what you already have it may or may not work. It depends on the overrides used.
The layout I tried this on had the following overrides:
replacing the navigation and adding a header with background, changing what the read link and comments say, adding a background to the entry, changing the look of the subject, changing the look of the time and date stamp.
Those overrides produced this layout:

Basically, if you use this and it does not work or if it messes up your layout, TAKE OUT THE OVERRIDE
The livejournal override system was not meant to handle the amount of overrides that have become popular today. It is very cool to see what a community of intelligent people can come up with but it is all "bonus" so to speak. So, experiment. If it works for you, great! If it does not, just remove the override from your layout and all should be kosher.
EDIT 2: What might be cool is if the override works for you, post in this entry what overrides you used. Perhaps we can pin down what overrides will and what overrides will not play nice with this hack.
