Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
Slender to the point of being thin, especially at the wrists. He looks like kind of like a lady only without boobs. Height-wise, it's never given, but he's definitely not short. Maybe 5'8-ish, possibly looking taller because of the ~shadows~ that are always clinging to him.
2. How old is he?
...pretty old. At least a millennium.
3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch?
Hades rarely moves, usually standing very still in the darkness somewhere like the creep he is. That said, he holds himself very well. He's graceful in a definitely otherworldly manner, but he also seems to be incapable of flying in the sense that Apollo can.
4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
He's in perfectly good health. At least, that's what can be assumed...
5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
Graceful and fluid - when he can be seen, that is. He can stay very still for as long as he wants, but when he does move, it's with purpose.
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror?
Well, Apollo does compare him to a dead woman, but... I guess YMMV. He's pretty in a BJD kind of way, but also creepy in a similar fashion. He doesn't use mirrors.
7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
DEAD CORPSE KIND OF PALE.
8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style.
Blacker than midnight. Or 3 in the morning, whichever's darker. It's ridiculously long - it seems to touch to floor and pool around his feet at some points - and kind of limp. It's very straight and apparently has never been cut, because his bangs are pretty much nonexistent.
9. What color are his eyes?
Black, probably. They don't really reflect light.
10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
Horns! At least three of them at any time. At least one pair of animal ears (goat, maybe?), sometimes up to three - one under the other in varying sizes. His torso and legs are covered in fur, and there's either a sort of mane on his shoulders or a fur wrap. His arms are also furred and he has claw-like nails. His feet can rarely be seen, but they're bare and black as well. The fur on his legs may or may not be furpants. It's debatable.
11. What are his chief tension centers?
...no idea.
12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit?
NAKED. FOREVER. But maybe furpants, sometimes. It's hard to tell.
13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them?

Does it count as commando if he isn't wearing anything in the first place? Or if he seems to not have any genitalia?
Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
Medium-pitched and very even in tone. Try Oren Lavie.
2. How does he normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does he talk easily, or does he hesitate?
Softly and evenly, usually without hesitation. At times he may pause if he finds himself unable to say something, but he'll gloss over it a moment later.
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
Hades might have a slight Greek accent. He doesn't roll his Rs, tends to enunciate Ts and Ds, and sometimes draws out the Ss.
4. What language/s does he speak, and with how much fluency?
GOD LANGUAGE. Okay, ancient Greek.
5. Does he switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
He could probably pick up another language quickly enough. Or he could just communicate telepathically.
6. Is he a good impromptu speaker, or does he have to think about his words?
He's always thinking about the conversation, but he can make things up as he goes.
7. Is he eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?
Eloquent, very much so. It never changes.
Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is he book-smart or street-smart?
Er. Neither. Hades is very... strange. He has neither formal schooling nor experience on the streets, but he is almost immeasurably powerful, which should be enough for now.
2. Does he think on his feet, or does he need time to deliberate?
Both. He'll ruminate over decisions or ideas, but he can make huge decisions in seconds. That, however, may have more to do with his godmod-ness.
3. Describe the character's thought process. Is he more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?
Uh. Imagine being a god of Madness and we'll be halfway there.
4. What kind of education has the character had?
None! Except for the tried-and-true (haha) 'if i can say it, it's true' god method of Olimpos.
5. What are his areas of expertise? What, if anything, is he interested in learning more about?
Death. Madness. The Underworld. He's curious about everything, in a quiet way.
6. Is he an introvert or an extrovert?
Hard to say. Hades is a man/being/creature/god of strange habits.
7. Describe the character's temperament. Is he even-tempered or does he have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven?
Though he appears to be constantly even-tempered and impassive, Hades is capable of being amused or irritated in moderate amounts. He is never truly angry (or at least, it hasn't happened yet), but he can find things such as his own awful jokes worth a chuckle or two.
8. How does he respond to new people or situations? Is he suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic?
Mostly curious, or perhaps inquisitive. He is never afraid or intimidated, due to his status as god of the
Underworld/madness/et cetera.
9. Is he more likely to act, or to react?
Act.
10. Which is his default: fight or flight?
Neither! He's more like to stay and troll whoever's initiating the conflict.
11. Describe the character's sense of humor. Does he appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks?
A very odd brand of humor that involves jokes only he or some other god/similar being might understand.

That's a good question.

Of his two brothers, Hades is more respectful (kind of) towards Zeus. He considers Poseidon an idiot. Apollo is more tolerable, and he finds Artemis uninteresting except in conjunction with Apollo.

It's complicated. First of all, Hades is a god and he is very aware of it. He isn't proud of it, exactly, but he knows it as a fact. It's the very basis of his being, so I'd say that yes, it's important to him.

Uh. Not... really...
4. How does he regard beliefs that differ from his? Is he tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
He would view them as false in his world, but in a panfandom universe, he'd be tolerant and most likely curious.

Hades considers himself the ultimate power, which is fairly rational, considering his position in Olimpos.
