It's never too early to start thinking about Halloween costumes

I've decided it's time to start thinking about next year's Halloween costume, because every year I have a brilliant idea ten months in advance and then forget about it until later October. I'd need to look at the full picture, but as I recall from the movie, she has a green skirt and a flowered top; the top would most likely be a square, sixties style, sleeveless top and you could hotglue fake flowers all over it depending on the fabric. I think hair would be key, so the blonde do with the roots would be awesome:)

You could always accessorize with a big can of Aquanet:) It sounds great!

Hotglue! Of course! And yes, the hair is very important. I will definitely either make my hair look like that (if it's long enough) or get a wig like that. Doing a shirt and a skirt makes sense. That will be a lot easier than a dress. It's hard for me to find dresses that fit.

No, I'm not doing that dress. Cockroaches freak me out so that dress wouldn't work. I'm going to do the one from the Corny Collin's Show Pre-teen Day scene. It's green with big fake flowers over the front of the shirt part.
