BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Dude, if only the whole church knew that story. I dunno if they'd find it funny, or if they'd think that it's a good reason not to just drop by each other's houses. Either way, that's the funniest thing I've read in awhile...

mark already was telling a few people so the church is gonna hear about it and laugh.

it was definately hilarious, but I did feel really bad for mark and cindy

Yeah, I would feel bad for them too. But hey, it's the vision of the church, so you can't really feel that bad. But that's one of the reasons why I'm not totally on board with the whole idea of just walking into someone's house. Maybe if they knock or something, that might be ok, but what if a married couple just got the kids out of the house and want to have a little time together (if you catch my drift)? If someone pops by for a visit unannounced, especially if they just walk in, it's an awkward situation for everyone involved. That's why I like our security door in our building, you only get in if we let you in (assuming the last person through the door shut it properly, which doesn't always happen), and even after that door, we lock our door just because if you live in the city, you never know who can just walk in your building and in your door. I dunno, it's all well and good in theory, but it's not always practical...

mark and me were driving around yesterday afternoon talking and there came a silent moment and mark said, "I wonder what God wants to teach us today." We came to the conclusion that we are still very far away from getting Acts chapter 2 working in our life ( ... )

it was definately a good story to tell and i appreciate your encouragement for the whole thing! it was kinda scary just walking into someone's house but I knew that's what the aim of the church was, so i went for it.
