haha, actually, pickles have zero nutrition in them, low in calories yes, but theyre not exactly packed with anything great.
i suggest eating leafy greens and beans!
fruit is good too, but also packed with sugar.
listen to me, ive become my own personal doctor.
and honestly, you dont need diets.
the RIGHT portion sizes, less beer, and exercise go a long way.

98% Fruit=gross
Ha. James justified drinking beer last night because it had fewer calories than coke.

i honestly think i would rather be fat than have to exercise/diet everyday for the rest of my life.
