Instead of making you all wait for James' thoughts on the "nice guy theory" written so eloquently at http://www.stwing.upenn.edu/~jenf/writing/rant04.html, i'll let you know MY feelings on it. Right now. Plus, my feelings are infinately more important than James' ( Read more... )

I am happy you proved that point because i saw it in some people's files and just had to laugh. Anyway, the article is the extreme version of something like that which happens close to never. Plus, the article contradicts itself because if he was a nice guy he wouldn't want judt laid. He would want to be in love with that one person nad have it be so much more than just sex. "And perhaps more disturbing, the nice guys don’t seem to get laid as often as they should." So obviously, this guy isn't a "nice guy."

Upon reading this theory, I immediately felt guilty. Sure, I've really screwed over some guys. Then it dawned on me that I've been the victim more than once, too. In general, rejection sucks. Sometimes the guy rejects the girl, and, yes, sometimes the girl rejects the boy. Therefore, it is entirely unfair to blame only the girls.

By the way, Larry, and this might be a surprise, but girls talk about boys too :)

That rant was indeed written for me, Larrence, by a woman from the Far East, and you know it.
