I've been getting some reviews, emails, etc, and I just want to clarify, especially since some of you are rather angry with me -- I do not have the power to lock or unlock Parade of the Sun, because I do not run the dmhgficexchange. Seriously, L. SRSLY. The exchange is this epic part of the ship that is sadly coming to an end, and I think you'll regret it if you don't do it. Plus, the minimum is only 1000 words. You can do that in your sleep!

I'll just be sitting here, waiting, until you reply that you signed up.......

HAHAHAHAHAHA. Yeah. I headed directly over there, using the handy links you provided. I can't wait. I'm so nervous.

1000 words for me right now in my life is like a kidney, but I will do it. I can't NOT do it, you know? I realized this. It just took me a few days. I can do this.

I may need a pep talk or 20. But I can do this!!

NIIIICE! I am doing my happy dance that is also a rain dance, but in this case, with the powers of awesome all coming together, it's going to bring a storm of amazing. And you're right -- you couldn't not do it!

If you write like 22 words a day, you can hit 1,000 words by the deadline. So figure you're going to write something that's about 3k, max, you still only have to write less than 100 words a day to finish on time and have it beta'd. I have faith!

Email me any time! There are going to be about 100 pep talks and check-ins, and we're gonna do it! And it's going to be so many different levels of fun, AND WE'RE DOING IT!

I did! Still having a little anxiety about it, but I can't say no to the last round. Too many memories, you know? If you want/need someone to write with at insane hours, I'm your girl!

Way too many memories! I'm really, honestly a bit upset that it's their last one. They're as much a part of the ship to me as CG was. Or Head Boy, Head Girl stories, lol.

I am glad you've signed up! What's your timezone? Because your crazy hours might not be mine, but if THEY ARE, WE HAVE A DEAL. :D And we can even have little write-offs!

Hopefully the anxiety dies down a bit after we get our prompts. Anxiety is for the end or too-high word counts!

Why are they getting angry at you? That's just silly. Since the story is locked, so it probably took as much time to hunt down your LJ and write an email to you as it would have to look at the user info and signed up for the community. People are weird.

As a reader, I am so, so, so excited for the dmhgficexchange, but I feel kind of guilty. I'm OMG!OMG!OMG!Squee! And so many of the writers on my friends list are Ack!I don't have time for this, but how can I not sign up for the last one! I feel like giving you guys a big hug and telling you all how much we love you. *hugs*

And you're working on another new story?! Holy smokes, you've been on a roll the past few months. Very exciting. :)

Dare I ask what the white kidnapper van tags means? :)

They think I'm the one who locked it, and since the story isn't posted in full anywhere else, I'm being a bitch for not giving them access. Plenty of them were very nice about it and just wondering if it was fully posted anywhere, but...yes, some others jumped immediately into anger, haha. I'm guessing a lot of them are new to LJ, and that some of them were just on the comm without being a member of LJ.

I'm excited as well! To be honest, I had plans on doing this round even before they announced it was the last one. It's not the best time to do it, but I'm sure it'll still be fun for all of us. And from what I've gathered, 'all of us' is going to be quite a lot!

Haha, it's my last H_H story! And, of course, it's going to be far longer than I had intended for it to be. I just have this one, the rest of TF, and then my dmhg. Then my projects will be done! I suspect I won't be writing for a very long time after this.

LOL, because I fully planned on kidnapping all hesitant people and forcing them to sign up, like Floo up there. XD
