Bad day

Lots of problems, topped off by this crazy lady.

3:00pm - Crazy lady has a prescription to pick up. While waiting, she browses through the store and randomly dropped 8-10 items on the pharmacy counter (ever heard of a BASKET???). Then instead of paying for all those things she dropped on the counter, she just left4:00 pm - Crazy lady returns to

hehh heh. i have a story like that. An old woman that calls 7-8 times a day in a row asking..."is this the pharmacy...do you sell compression stockings..." Apparantly she does this several times a week. Yup, the pharmacist was so pissed of he threw the phone but being retail he answered the next call, albiet thro gritted teeth.

On my first day of SPEP, my preceptor kicked someone out of the store.

There was this other guy who wanted his methadone, but left his prescription at Scotch Creek. He called his mom and then start screaming curses at her in the store. Then he stormed out and broke the flower shop's window 1 block down.

You know, there's a LJ community called "Customers suck?" ^^;;
I have to deal with customers but THANK YOU GOD its not often face to face. Your boss was probably having spasms of ire, not being able to tell it like it is.. *hugs*
