As some of you may remember, I've tried baking bread before, only the ones I made at that time were kinda bland in flavor and labor-intensive, so it wasn't feasible to do it on a regular basis.

Since then, I've converted to the New York Times no knead bread recipe which works really well and requires so little effort it's ridiculous. Basically I

My gosh! It DOES looks great! and I simply love the no kneading concept(cuz i simply can't knead right)Sadly I don't have an oven in my apartment in China; but perhaps I should google out baking bread with microwave oven

and last week I spent quite some times watching online clips teaching how to make all sorts of dishes with rice cooker! Fascinating if i have to say so myself. Since it's all in mandarin, i'm not going to just post the address up but I do plan to follow some recipes, and maybe add some ideas of my own and then post English version up somewhere (blog, facebook...)
