Well

I haven't really colored anything seriously for so long that I never thought I would actually finish this.

I now curl up in a fetal position and die. *dies*

Good job! How come you're not drawing more? I would like to see how that "elements" series turned out...or was it the lantern series? (It had a bunch of lanterns).

Hey did you sign the petition yet?

Because it's so easy to waste time and lie around doing nothing after work. _o_

I'm trying to work on that series next, starting with this one, but there are lots of technical difficulties that I'm still figuring out how to do right now.

Yeah, I signed the petition. Not sure how much good it would do though.

The pic looks really nice! Tech difficulties? I had the problem of trying to use the laws of physics in my drawings. As a friend who's in art said: if it looks cool it doesn't have to make sense..it's a drawing/movie/video game. (Yeah we've had this conversation a few times.)

Tell me about it (lazying about). I just rewatched avatar (airbender) again. It's still awesome 2nd time around. I hear there will be a live action movie out this summer; doesn't look promising.

RE: the petition. yeah the whole thing is stupid. i wouldn't mind so much if they were liable for their own mistakes. our society is powerless. we really need the nurse's society or something. or maybe the doc's since they were successful at scaling back ppp58.

Okay, no joke---I was laughing about something Bad Company related when I clicked on the link, and it seriously made me break off and go, "Whoa, shit!"

This pic is un-fucking-believable. Amoretta's hair in particular is just . . . extremely Vanillaware, but the whole thing looks like it could have come straight from George Kamitani himself. And that background! I never imagined you were going to work the Sorcerer's Stone into this, and it really pulls the whole thing together.

I . . . I don't suppose you have an event file for this?

Thanks! I had to really look at the original artwork to see how that coloring was done. And even then, it's still not as good (the original is more translucent despite the rich coloring), but I learned a lot from it.

Unfortunately, I don't have an event file for this as it seems I've switched between photoshop and OC at some point and that destroys the event function. D:
