Soo for the past couple of weeks, Ive been doing invoice typing in the evening and weekends for the owner of Fantasy Farm.

Fantasy Farm is essentially a venue for events, mostly weddings:

Arts Business and Comp Sci minor

I was set on Web Coordination/Development upon graduation but its too competitive a field and applications development is not my thing, Im not technical enough for programming.

give it a try...not like ur signing away ur weekends/holidays forever....if u dont like it after half a year, u can always bail...
if you dont build ur career now and give ur playtime now, u're not going to be able to do it when u have kids, or a husband, and a mortgage (assuming you want all of those)

I think it's a good venture to try out. You never know who you'll meet or what you'll land yourself in. You'll probably meet someone in the right place that can offer you more.

THE WEDDING PLANNER!!! that will be your title!! haha
