I'm writing this entry to produce some more awareness on this subject. It's something that has avoided being published in mass media outlets and if it is talked about, it's very toned down.
What I'm about to tell you are NOT theories. I am not just talking out of my ass, this is a REAL issue. Which, you should know about.
The United States government have created a project called HAARP, which stands for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. This project is based in Alaska and just about everything going on there is 99.9% confidental, though the INVENTORS have had some words about it (once again, not in any MASS media outlet). HAARP has the ability to beam 3.6 Gigawatts of effective radiated power of high frequency radio energy into the ionosphere. With this, they have the ability to do the following things BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THESE and like I said, most of the project's details are confidental and not public domain.
· Missle defense. Basically, they can put up an invisible sheild wherever they'd like, when any missles hit the air... they will basically just be detroyed.
· Create explosions in areas that cause just as much damage as an Atom Bomb but without any radiation and such.
· Control any weather, from rain to effects that could cause massive damage.
· Mind Control - "It could make every person in the world happy."
· Block all global communications.
These aren't even the most concerning things. Just imagine what kind of effects this could ultimately have on our atmosphere? There has also already been a NO HAARP movement formed. This isn't even such a new project, it's been going on since 1999, we can only begin to wonder what types of experiments they've conducted thus far. Now I'll leave you with some quotes to finish this off:
"Many other countries are conducting many other weather manipulation experiments.
Impact of these experiments is unknown and for countries in South Asia with little warning systems, it is even more dangerous."
- India Daily
Now, this next one is just a THEORY and probably shouldn't be taken too seriously but it makes you think.

Afghanistan - Earthquake
28 March 2002 This report has been compiled on the basis of information provided by UNOCHA and other humanitarian actors in Afghanistan, as well as media reports. For additional background information on the recent earthquakes in Afghanistan, please refer to our previous Situation Reports No 1-5 (also available on ReliefWeb). Background and Current Situation 1. A series of earthquakes hit Baghlan province of Afghanistan in the evening of 25 March, the early morning 26 March and the afternoon of 27 March. The epicenter of the earthquakes was located southeast of Nahrin district in Baghlan province. The affected area extends in a radius of 12-15 km around Nahrin. Other affected areas include Burkha, Panshjiri, Lakankhel and Toli, but these areas have been less affected than the larger settlement of Nahrin. It is estimated that 78 villages have been affected by the earthquakes. According to local sources, 7,000 families have been affected. The latest death toll was reported to range from 800 to 1,000 people. Assessments are ongoing and this number could grow as further assessments are carried out.
New activity on old fault lines: French earthquake no surprise
The relatively powerful earthquake that hit eastern France last Saturday confirms the findings of the postgraduate research currently being conducted by Gideon Lopes Cardozo at the Université Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg and the Faculty of Earth and Life Sciences at the VU Amsterdam. Lopes Cardozo is investigating the causes of earthquakes in the southern part of the Rhine Graben. His research is sponsored by the European Union and has shown that the movements in the earth’s crust in the area around the Rhine occur along fault lines that have a long geological history. Until recently, it was thought that these movements actually took place more often on younger fault lines.
Russian Earthquake
In the wake of Sunday's devastating 7.5-magnitude earthquake in Neftegorsk, Russia, which killed as many as 2,300 citizens, reports have emerged that the shoddy construction of the town's buildings greatly contributed to the destruction and death.
