I need LJ help

So does anyone know why whenever I make a post "friends only" it actually becomes "me only" and doesn't show up on any of my friends' friends pages? This has been happening ever since I became a paid member and I can't figure out why.

You're not selecting *private*, are you? Private = self only.

No, I'm selecting "friends only"--just like I always did for friends only entries. It's just that one day I noticed, looking on *your* friends page, that my lastest locked entry wasn't showing (it was the first time I posted a picture). So then I changed it to an everyone entry, and it showed up on your friends page. It's been that way every time I've tried to make an entry friends only since then. So I have been making most of my entries open to everyone lately, but I don't really want to do that with the pictures.
