Hee! Thank you for making me feel better. I feel like I don't do enough, still. Though I forgot . . . there is also a pot roast! (o:
Maybe I DO have enough casseroles (Tim is telling me there are enough now). It's hard to know when to stop. I think I'll focus on more of these cookies. It's a fantastic recipe I got from Wendy and the cookies are mostly peanut butter and oatmeal. There is very little white flour or white sugar in them (though there are chocolate chips), so they actually make a great snack for a toddler! (And his mommy and daddy find them pretty yummy, too!)
wowzers, how big is your freezer? you've been a very busy bee in the kitchen! Btw, the peach bread sounds really yummy - I love baking breads, and haven't seen that combo, so if you have a moment to share that recipe, that would be sweet = ) no worries if you don't get around to it though... good luck with all the final preparations, and looking forward to hearing the big news of his/her arrival sometime this month!!
It's big! Refrigerator sized. It's an upright. I think they are so much easier to organize. With the chest freezers, in my experience, things tend to get lost in the bottom and sit there for a few years

One of these days, you'll say: "How did i manage to do all that, being eight months pregnant and with a very energetic 22-month-old toddler?" : )
