Haven't posted in a while but I was digging through some old files on my HD and found this snippet of a piece. Don't know if I posted it here before so apologies if this a repeat. I think I originally intended it to be a 100 word drabble but couldn't figure out what else to cut (currently 114 without title). At any rate here you go:
