Away For the Weekend (again) and Bringing Kitten--EEP!
Taking the kitteh off to mom in laws house tomorrow (3 hour drive) for sis-in-laws wedding on Sunday. Hubby is in it as a groomsman and needs to get his tux and I am baking cookies for favors. Wedding has about 400-500 people invited!!!! Should be all kinds of craziness! LOL Back on Monday or Tuesday!*

OMG KITTEN!!!!!!
Today we have had our kitten for 1 week exactly. He was born on Sunday May 9 so he is now 7.5 weeks old*. Today is our second wedding anniversary which is the "Cotton Anniversary" so we have named him Cotton!
*Yes I know that is young to leave his mother but the people were moving out of state the next day so we had to get him then.

I'm BACK! Hubby and I drove to Michigan to see my parents two weeks ago and then I had a bad fibro flare. Finally feeling up to posting! I am hopelessly behind on the Exchange. *sad face* No bingo for me.

I'm alive. Mostly. I have severe tonsillitis AGAIN (I seem to get it ever 6-12 weeks without fail). I will be calling the doctor tomorrow as soon as they open (yay for doctor's open on Sundays!). OMG KITTEN!!!
HURRAY! Hubby and I finally decided to go ahead and get a kitten and we've picked out the little booger. He will be almost 7 weeks when we get him (barely 4 weeks in the pictures here). (Girl in the background of some photos is the current owner's daughter.) I'm hoping he keeps his pretty blue eyes (apparently Mum has blue eyes, so he might!).
