I haven't posted in forever. Been busy with life, work, and whatnot all else, and expect to be hip deep in the coming months, so that really isn't going to change anytime soon. The joys of adulthood.

Last night we had orange rubbed salmon, asparagus and israeli cous cous pilaf with quinoa from trader joes. It was quite good. Tonight I'm making cobb salad (homemade dressing) and tomorrow it will be glazed chicken with brown rice and roasted broccoli (I cheated and bought the glaze but next time I'll make my own with clean ingredients.
Good luck with the smoking thing and the zombie run training. If there is anything I can do to help you succeed please let me know...since the fewer people smoking the better in my biased and holier than thou opinion. :o) (
Actually, I just want people to stop smoking because the smell gives me a massive headache whenever I walk into it accidentally, so it's in my personal self interest if more people stop.)
