I don't know why I do all these memes since I'm horrible at finishing them. I'm bored, so I'll probably do a lot of the days here quick.
Day 01 - First videogame
I spent many an hour playing this game at my grandma's house when I was little. I loved the show so much and became addicted to this game very quickly. I always played as Donatello because he was the smart one. LoL! I remember sitting on my grandma's red and blue sofa, which in those days was called a Davenport, and just playing from sun up till sun down. I was so proud of myself when I beat the game. My first videogame under my belt! :D
Day 2 - Your favorite character.
Seems to be a tie between Luke fon Fabre from Tales of the Abyss and Leon S. Kennedy from Resident Evil 4.
I love Luke. He is the most PMSing character I have ever had the pleasure to play with. I love his name and the way he handles himself in the game is just to amusing. First the Long Haired Version = Arrogant and Brash. I loved seeing him getting a rise out of everyone and then getting put in his place. Second Short Hair Version = Emotionally Unstable with No Confidence (till like the last hour of the game). It was nice to see Luke get more involved with the other characters and actually start relationships with them, but his whiny attitude about how worthless he was for the rest of game got annoying. But he begins to get over it and bucks up to be a really likeable character in my opinion. He has a lot of faults, but I just can't dislike him! I'm loving how my pictures show my views of him. Ha Ha!
Leon is another one of my favorites. He's a pretty boy, but he knows his way around kicking ass. I would hope to have him come and save me if I got kidnapped by an insane cult. I love his attitude in the game and his FiFi coat is awesome! To bad he looses it.... Also, anyone who turns down Ashley (THE UNHOLY PRESIDENTAL OFFSPRING) wins big numbers in my book. That last scene in the game was perhaps my favorite scene just for that reason.
Day 3 - A game that is underrated.
Beyond Good and Evil
This was a great game, but never really got talked about. It has become known as one of those good games that slipped through without much notice. I loved Jade and the storyline was neat. The colors and music really helped to draw me in too.
Day 4 - Your guilty pleasure game.
Yes, I still play this game. Or at least I would if my N64 hadn't finally died. The game is simple and seems pointless, but I really liked it. Pokemon was one of my earlier games and when this came out, I just took to it because it was the first time you could see them move around. They weren't stuck on the tiny Gameboy screens. Plus throwing Pester Balls at them is/was fun. The final level was to get a shot of the Holy Grail of all Pokemon.
Mew!
It was so much fun to klonk this thing on the head and hear it squeal. LoL!
Day 5 - Game character you feel you are most like (or wish you were).
I feel most like Tear. Like me, she has a hard time showing much emotion, especially to be girly or lovey dovey. There are moments when they show through though. We both squee when we see cute things and I relate to her attitude of being strong and not wanting to let anyone down.
I wish I was Link. To be able to go off on an adventure with just a sword and my horse would be pretty cool. Get to see all sorts of neat creatures, kill them, and save the day. I will forever wait for the day when my annoying fairy will come and tell me it's adventure time.
Day 6 - Most annoying character.
God, I don't know which is worst! The Helpless Monkey or The Prick Princess?!
Ashley Graham from RE4 is just awful. She's a burden and whiny. Her screams for help are like a million harpies tearing at your ear drums. She can't do anything (but screw Leon over) and if she dies then it's GAME OVER. I also find it weird that in the game she can climb a ladder but relies on you to catch her to get down. WTF?
Natalia Lanvaldear from Tales of the Abyss is a snob. In the game she is known for being a kind princess that is always trying to help her people, but you can't fool me. She is an asshole. She is mean to those below her status, throws her name around to get what she wants, and plays at being SOOOOOO torn between Luke and Asch when CLEARLY all she wants is Asch. Every time she talks the name Asch is there and she about got the whole party killed when she fell into "Not wanting to go on" mode when he dies. Plus, she also has Fred's ascot from Scooby Doo. Ick!
Well, that's good enough for now. Night!
