Well, I just decided to quit smoking for good, I had my last cigarette just before midnite on the 15th of July 2007. I have been wanting too quit for a few years now, and have tryed a few times, I have never had the will power and help and support that I have now. As a few of you know, I have been trying harder the last few weeks to actually quit,
