School starts tomorrow

Color me kind of sad. Where did the summer go? It feels like it was only three weeks long this year. So, to cheer me up some summery menz.

It was a hard day, but I got help from the grandson, he's a real life saver, who did ALL the heavy lifting and reaching for me. I have high hopes for a good year.

I was really smart this morning and wore the comfy shoes, and the comfy clothes - it was 103 when I left school to come home! But my grandson came and did a whole lot to help me get ready, now all I have to do is put names in books! It looks like it might be a good year.

What a lovely little candid shot there of MB all folded up and looking so earnest. It's wrong to look that good in a candid shot at his age. But I'm not complaining.

You'll note he's very glowy in that picture. I do like that he folds up so neatly. I'm sure Buck appreciates that about Chris. Did you see the Buck pic? That's the one I always want to raise my head up like I can actually see over the top of the tub. :p

Isn't he something, I've been kind of worried about him though, since I heard a rumor that he needed a heart valve replaced. He seems to be in really good shape - I mean really, really good shape!

Ummmmm, yeah, I'm an equal opportunity girl, hairless or a bit fuzzy is alright with me. I had a hard time finding bare chested Oscar/Cougar pictures so I had to go with his pirate - but I guess pirates are kind of summery, right?
