easy for me would make me more lazy than i already am i think. and i'm sorry that you hate your job. i think everyone who has a customer service job like we do ends up hating it. because customers can really know how to suck.

i too hate my job, but am thankful to have one at this point. i hope things get better for you or you find a new place of business.
