Bad pilot day

You'd think it shouldn't be too hard to put talented (and attractive) actresses like Caroline Dhavernas and Summer Glau into decent shows, right? Well, apparently it is.

Woah, you watched The Cape? How brave! Just the promos were enough to put me off - good to know that my instinct was right, though.

And what could have been the most interesting part (the training of a regular guy to become a hero)

I would watch a show with that premise as it's often the best part of comic book movies.

How brave!
Well, the things a man is willing to do for Summer Glau... ;)

Mostly! :D
I thought the actor playing Vince was alright. Sure, it's not like he had to play a lot of difficult or very emotional scenes, but HE definitely wasn't the problem for me.

not the main problem, no. But one of many things that combined into a big sucky package.

I still think The Cape is the most hilarious show of the season. It makes me laugh more than Community or Parks & Rec. I watch so much stuff, sometimes I prefer cheap entertainment to boring mythical shows (I won't start and name them).

And I think it's way braver of you to watch Off The Map. Though I didn't know Zach Gilford is in it. Damn. Now I'm tempted.

Oh no, what have I done?!
Well, maybe you should see for yourself. I think it's really bad though and they haven't even started with the complicated relationship stuff yet (which they undoubtedly will...)

I think "Grey's Anatomy in the jungle" is enough to keep me far, far away from it, Zach Gilford or not.
