Given the country to the northeast, I'd say that Turkey's a bit old. I hope you ate something fresher.

Turkey might as well look like that. All veiny and shrivled, with pools of fat.

Ok, even though I don't like Turkey at all. I have to admit that I did have some really tasty Turkey a few weeks ago, but that is the only chef whose Turkey I like.
