The reference to power/battery... One moment, it seems so odd, Sanada and Yukimura being human beings and no lifeless things or are they really lifeless... we don't know, perhaps some time to come, batteries will rule us all, but the other moment, it seems just so fitting.
It was really sad .___. poor Sanada... u__u

Ah, I know what you mean. On the one hand, I've always wondered about the idea of the power going out while Yukimura was in the hospital and when Arashi gave me the challenge of a battery, I was happy because I could throw it in there....on the other hand, I think that the idea is something that deserves an entire ficlet to itself to expand on the idea. I kind of feel like I just threw it in there without any explanation whatsoever....it fit at the end, but not really at the beginning, so I can understand why you might have felt it was so odd/random. ^^; I felt the same way, which is why I thought the fic itself wasn't that great.

Buuuuuuuuut I'm a sucker for fics with Yukimura in the hospital, soooo that's why it's up.
