The guy can get all around the world in one night, sneak into people's houses, knows what they want for Christmas, lives at the freaking freezing North Pole, and watches--from there--whether you're naughty or nice. I don't think he's a normal human.

I believe Santa's factory is supposed to be in the North Pole (or in Lapland, depending upon whom you ask,) so perhaps he's making the best of things in the City?
