nostalgia makes me puke
it's so funny to listen to this song, to think of everything it has meant to me, to remember hearing it for the first time, to remember what it made me feel, made me suspect, to remember being miserable and listening to it to make the misery last. i wonder if i would have hung on to all of that for so long if i hadn't had a tape to wallow in
