portland has been good. it's still raining, but the sun did make some appearances. i bought 4 records, three for me and one for kyle, some west-coast coffee for my dad and got a purple t-shirt for free that says, "i don't do phones." best shirt ever. i've been to the coast, i've seen the rock, i've biked with an enormous pack on. i've read 4

BUT SOON WE WILL LIVE IN THE SAME CITY!!!!!!!!!!! and i am going to work at aux vivres! (hope hope hopefully) (the vegan restaurant with brownies!) and we will hang out every day and ride bikes and i will laugh for 9 days at the funny things you say. it's going to be great. i cannot wait until august. xoxoxooxelizabeth
