The state of Andi... is fairly well.

Today was the last session of the Dragon Blooded campaign. It went well, Creation was... saved? We asked the gods nicely if they could suck it to save reality, and they did. I don't know how accurate your Bowie impression was, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Do you mind if I ask what you're taking? I've been on 500mg Metformin twice a day for closing in on three years now. I think ogremarco is on the same.

Yeppers. Ah Metformin, sweet mistress. Twice a day.

Taking that, then some Vit D and Milk Thistle (to help with the liver and complete lack of sun in Washington)... I'm also on a general multivitamin and a specialized fish oil supplement with is also OD'd on Chromium to help with blood sugar, which does a good job and curbs my serious fried food craving. That was a tip from my nutritionist, and it's really helped a bunch.
