A/N 1: So, I have too many ideas for Serendipity which I will pen down some day. I just feel like I need to give that more time and energy, both of which I am completely lacking right now. So, instead of that I decided to do this one shot.
A/N 2: At the outset I want to mention how much I DON’T ship Peryl. It just doesn’t seem right. Sam/Donna

Oh believe me I don't ship Peryl either. There is something so forbidden and wrong in it. I reasoned this out as being pseudo-Peryl, so I plunged in. I can assure you that my stories will never have Strummer separated or cheating on each other. ;p

Deary....your talent is so palpable and awe-inspiring. I get so excited wen I see you've posted because I know I will be embarking on a beautiful piece if writing that does everything I wish I could do. And while I have written peryl before I don't actually ship them. Something about meryl and dons relationship forbids it and I guess we'll never know what that really is. I seem to just enjoy reading or writing her with anyone because she's so flirtatious and perfect I just adore the way she interacts with men even though its always platonic. But this fic. It was so gorgeous and tasteful and maddening because I couldn't figure out if I was upset it was over so soon or grateful for the perfect way it ended. At any rate, you have such a gift and it puts me to shame. I'm so sorry for not getting something to you. I keep starting and not having the muse to finish or deciding I hate it. I think I need a really good song to base a beautiful love story on, that sometimes helps but I haven't heard one that sings to me yet. Any ideas/help/
