Yesterday, while popping bubbles I was blowing Jack became too eager for me to finish a really big one and stuck three fingers in my right eye trying to pop it. Scratched eyeballs don't really hurt but they annoy incessantly. It's like something in your eye that wont come out

A friend of mine just told me today he flayed his foot open putting up storm windows. Open, like they could see everything in his foot. His wife was kind enough to take pics.

I told you that to make you feel better. Did it work?

when i was a kid, one of the guys in the neighborhood jabbed me in the eye like that, i swear it was up to the first knuckle. Since that day i'm overly afraid of eyeballs .. ack.

My dad would have told me i was going to get "a complete and lateral skinenectomy" which is the process where they take off all your skin, turn it inside out, and put it back one. jack may be a little young to realize it's a joke, but that's still a good one when the kids over react to injuries.
