My dad is a life-long smoker. I'm not sure he ever told me when he started but I know it was very young. I'm sorry you're going through this. It's hard to see where our choices are going to leave us. After 57 years of hard living, my mom was sick for 6 months and then died. It's just how life is. And hopefully someone can learn from others' lives and help make their life better. maybe that's the whole purpose of all this.
