Not only do they lose brain cells when they pick up a phone, they gain "phone balls" because... they can't see you! So they can be mean to you! Heehee.

Yeah, I get that too from customers. What I really hate are the folks who think that being a jerk will get them better service.

Well, we get into that whole nature versus nurture thing then. What creates more stupidity, breeding (more likely, inbreeding) or watching/participating in The Jerry Springer show?

In a lot of cases, it is the same thing. It is the people who are breeding stupidity who are watching and participating in these shows.

If you are born stupid, nurturing can overcome much of it. However, being born stupid to stupid people who raise them stupid just makes it worse. It's an abyss of idiocy there is no escape from.
