January 6 2006 I will take the oath to re enlist. Until that time I must decide what direction I should take. I am only 30 years old and what I have to offer might be worth a lot to businesses. the work hours
hurricanes
too many rules a new one everyday
bad leaders who dont know what they are doing
advancement chances

the people you are suppose to trust and look up to are not honest and not there for you at all.

the people you work around dont really care.

it is not a positive work enviroment it is hard to grow. i am a very hard worker but knowbody knows it but me. For all they know they believe I am very lazy.
