im pissed off... not only will i have to now work new years eve and new years day... but i'm not going anywhere either cause EVERYTHING IS TOO BLOODY EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what i would give to be at a mates backyard bbq drinking grog and eating sasuages in bread.

Thats how I felt when I was in Australia...I just wanted to be home not in Aussie anymore...but I learned you have to make the best of it and looking back on things it will teach you alot...most of it girl is about changing your views of things and working on that because you know you can't change the kids or the family but accepting you need to change...thats the whole point to coming abroad in the first place...it's hard, it's not easy at all but it will help!

Do some searching around and find out clubs and other stuff...don't use the excuse that it's "late" so you can't go out because you can...6 or 7 isn't late at all...I got out all the time at that point..it's just making the decision to do it!

You CAN do it...work in it girl...new years resolution!! :)
