Duties Pertaining to Individuals
    1. Duties of leaders.
        a. Duties of primary leader. Will be largely administrative in nature. He should be of small combat skill and instead function as a structural head, maintaining roster lists and order within the organization. His most important function is that of regulating membership, including those functions regarding joining and discipline within the unit. Currently his office is the librarian's office within the abandoned school. The primary leader at present is evilcanwait.
        b. Duties of secondary leader. Will be largely combative in nature, focusing on field work.
        c. Duties of informational subunit leader.
        d. Voting procedures.

2. Duties of members.
        a. Duties of combat unit members.
        b. Duties of administrative unit members.
        c. Duties of informational unit members.
        d. Duties of adjunct medical help.

Limitations of Self-Governance
    1. Statement of individual autonomy.
        a. As stated.

2. Actions that merit disciplinary measures, and the consequences thereof.
        a. Actions that merit disciplinary measures.
        b. Limitations of disciplinary measures.
        c. Abuse of power by a leader.

3. Loss of leadership.
        a. In the event of a leader's disappearance or demise.

Joining Process
    1. Ordinary procedures.
        a. Application submission.
        b. Post information on the public roster.
        c. Maintain surveillance of dispatch and inter-department communication posts.

2. Sponsorship.
        a. In the event of a current member offering sponsorship to a prospective member.

3. Partnering.
        a. As stated.
