Re-tweeting is when you post a tweet that you got from someone else. It's just spreading information around, basically. So right now, you'll see a lot of stuff like "RT rally planned for $date at $location" to try to get more people to attend protests that they heard about from elsewhere.

If you have a spare machine to use, then I posted a couple of pages that have directions on how to set up a proxy. They didn't seem too difficult. The big issue for me is that I don't have a machien that I'm not worried about.

And so I actually did something good this time.
And no, it's not entirely because of the hopes that if Iran becomes more secular, more persian beauties would unveil.With emphasis on Not Entirely. =D
