You're wrong if you think Disney buying Marvel is a bad thing

All the bitching about it is annoying me. So I've been looking into this. Gitai pointed out to me that Marvel has declared bankruptcy twice in the last fifteen years. It will be good for them to have some financial security

The Marvel purchase produced maybe a shrug from me. I'm frankly curious to see their marketing ideas, if any. (Though I must admit to watching the horizon with anticipation for Donald Duck vs. Howard The Duck.)

I only wondered "why" and just didn't bother looking into it. It seemed a strange acquisition and in a way still does, but if it keeps Marvel around, then I'm all for it.
