that is the funniest thing i have read all day! I deal with customers all the time that blame me for not fixing their forklift right the first time, in which case i tell them that i am the receptionist and if "I" fixed their trucks they'd have a hell of a worse problem than they do now. I love angry customers, they make my day more enjoyable

I'm certainly not obese or a "Heiffer" but I've packed on some pounds the last few years in my contentment... on top of that, with the surgery and the 2 weeks leading up to it, I wasn't allowed to exercise. I have exactly 1 1/2 weeks left until I can start up again, and I'm actually chomping at the bit to get back into some workouts! Thanks, though, I appreciate your kind words. =)
